Penn-co Construction is looking for Skilled Labourers to contribute to concrete projects by assembling forms and placing concrete. You will operate hand and power tools while adhering to safety standards. This position emphasizes teamwork and a commitment to high-quality workmanship, fundamental to our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble concrete forms as directed

• Place concrete using rakes, screeds, and trowels

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Strip forms and help maintain clean work areas

• Assist with rebar placement as required

Requirements:

• Experience in concrete-related tasks preferred

• Understanding of safety protocols in construction

• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions

• Willingness to work on various schedules

• Good team collaboration skills
