• As the Senior Estimator, you'll play a key role in supporting residential projects, reporting to the Estimating Manager. You’ll be tasked with cost data collection, competitor analysis, and detailed cost estimation for various designs and options. A background in residential construction is vital for success in this position.
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive retail pricing estimates
• Analyze costs from subcontractors and perform material take-offs
• Conduct job-based budget analyses and pricing adjustments
• Assist in scope of work development and maintenance
• Train and mentor junior estimating team members

• Minimum 7 years of experience in residential construction
• Robust analytical skills for detailed cost reporting
• Familiar with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Capable of interpreting complex construction documents
• Effective time management and communication skills
