Position: Civil Superintendent for Aecon Projects

In this role, you will report to the Construction Manager, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. You'll monitor compliance, develop schedules, and foster teamwork across various functions and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bid reviews for project accuracy

• Work with teams to maintain safety and quality policies

• Develop detailed construction schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of on-site project leadership

• Relevant trade certification or education

• Strong team management skills
