Track Foreman Projects

Be a key player as a Track Foreman managing teams across Canada. This role involves physically demanding work, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in all weather conditions.

As a Track Foreman, you will report to the Superintendent or Project Manager and oversee crew operations to deliver projects successfully. Your leadership will ensure that project goals, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction are prioritized. Preparing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and conducting safety meetings will be essential to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and project documentation for compliance

• Pre-plan daily work activities and safety plans

• Manage crew performance and adherence to policies

• Conduct daily briefings focusing on safety and productivity

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to perform physical labor in various conditions

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License

• Background in railway or construction preferred

• Willingness to undergo fitness testing
