Position: Full Time Construction Helper

As a Construction Helper, you will load and unload materials, erect concrete forms, and assist in various construction tasks. Your responsibilities will include paving, grading, and traffic direction at construction sites, making it essential for reliable candidates looking to thrive in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

• Erect and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt

• Assist in framing and building structures

• Clean and manage salvaged materials

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Commitment to safety and routine maintenance

• Experience in construction tasks preferred

• Must work on-site without remote options
