As an Estimator, you will leverage your expertise to lead small to medium estimates and contribute to large projects. This role requires in-depth analysis of contract documents, full quantity take-offs, and collaboration with project teams. You will navigate project risks, engage with stakeholders, and support bid document control throughout the estimating process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small to medium estimate projects and review bid documents

• Conduct detailed analysis of contract specifications

• Manage full quantity take-offs for labor, equipment, and materials

• Assist in generating tender forms and proposal requirements

• Identify risks and opportunities related to project conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field

• 4 years of experience in construction cost estimating

• 1 year of on-site construction experience

• Established successful pursuits valued at up to $25 million

• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office
