In this full-time role, you will be the cornerstone of project evaluation and preconstruction management h 2-3 years of hands‑on estimating experience, you will review specifications, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare compliant tender submissions. Your understanding of civil engineering processes will be vital in developing accurate project budgets and execution plans.

• Review specifications and drawings for bid preparation
• Perform quantity take-offs and assemble cost estimates
• Develop pre-bid construction schedules and strategies
• Collaborate on project execution after award
• Prepare and manage project budgets from early designs

• Technical degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 2-3 years experience in estimating or similar roles
• Knowledge of construction processes and cost estimating
• Familiarity with Virtual Design and Construction technologies
• Robust communication and problem‑solving skills
