Seasonal Highway Labourer in Alberta

Become a vital member of Ledcor’s Highway Construction crew in Alberta as a seasonal labourer. This role emphasizes safety as you undertake various essential construction tasks on diverse projects.

In this full time position, you will engage in multiple highway tasks, such as raking and assisting with setting up work zones. As part of a safety-conscious team, you will follow Ledcor’s Health, Safety & Environmental program and work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals. Flexibility in your shift schedule is key, as projects will vary across Alberta.

• Conduct various highway construction duties including shoveling
• Support traffic control protocols and work site setups
• Work effectively with other team members
• Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks as needed

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract
• Previous labor experience in relevant environments preferred
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing
• Willingness to accommodate shift rotations and travel
