• Manage daily operations on the site (labor, subcontractors, equipment, deliveries)
• Ensure progress of work according to plans, schedules, and quality standards
• Effectively manage unforeseen events (technical, human, logistical)
• Collaborate with the project manager to optimize work methods
• Produce daily reports, document measurements, quantities, and photo follow‑ups
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a superintendent or team leader position in civil works
• In‑depth knowledge of site methods, health and safety, and heavy equipment
• Natural leadership, autonomy, rigor, and proactivity
• Excellent communication skills on‑site
• Valid driver's license (class
  5)
