This role requires 3–5 years of experience in construction safety. You will perform site-specific safety orientations, inspections, and accident reporting, while monitoring compliance for employees and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include organizing training programs and reviewing subcontractors' safety submissions, contributing to overall project safety success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct job site inspections and assessments regularly
• Organize and deliver safety training programs
• Review and file safety documentation weekly
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures on-site
• Maintain project health and safety statistics
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of construction safety experience
• Active or in-progress NCSO designation
• Knowledge of OHS regulations is essential
• Advanced First Aid certification for Alberta valid
• Proven ability to influence safety adherence
Ensure a strong safety culture by implementing best practices in health and safety.
