Superintendent, Construction

Join Clark Builders as a Superintendent in Calgary, focusing on delivering construction excellence and ensuring project safety. This position integrates site leadership with client collaboration.

In this role, you will be accountable for managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. You will report to the General Superintendent while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to facilitate successful outcomes. Your leadership will promote a culture of safety and innovation on-site.

• Implement all aspects of the Safety/Building LIFE program
• Manage project schedules, resources, and client interactions
• Review plans and oversee construction procedures and logistics
• Participate in Clark Builders University initiatives for growth
• Facilitate field trade meetings to meet project metrics

• At least 5 years of relevant on-site leadership experience
• Journeyman certification or higher education in construction
• Robust communication and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of various construction contracts
• Full understanding of critical project financials
