Amrize Canada Inc. is looking for Concrete Pipe Labourers to join our Winnipeg team immediately. Responsibilities include aiding in plant operations, finishing concrete products, and keeping work areas clean. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety practices are foundational to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow oral instructions for work assignments

• Lift, climb, and transport materials throughout the plant

• Assist with concrete finishing and product preparation

• Participate in daily pre-production meetings

• Perform housekeeping tasks and clean molds

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Prior concrete experience is an asset

• Familiarity with forklift operation preferred

• Capable of lifting 55 lbs. and working at heights

• Strong communication skills in team settings
