• Develop and implement effective construction strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Mentor staff and manage team performance
• Plan and monitor manpower and resource requirements
• Ensure compliance with engineering principles and standards

• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET)
• Strong union relations management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license
