Elevate your career as a Construction Estimator, working on-site to assess costs for various projects. Your expertise in reading blueprints and operating CADD software will be essential.
This position requires at least one year of relevant experience in construction estimation. You will prepare detailed estimates for labor and material costs, create quote sheets, and advise on tendering processes. Effective communication with engineers and architects will be vital as you work to deliver accurate and timely estimates.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare labor and material cost estimates
- Read blueprints and specifications for requirements
- Operate CADD and MS Office software
- Create estimate reports and quotations
- Advise on tendering processes and analyze bids
- 1-2 years construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of Autodesk REVIT software
- Familiar with civil and industrial construction
- Solid organizational and communication skills
