Estimator, Construction, Quantity Surveyor

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
• Collaborate with senior estimators to gather and analyze project data.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam to organize and present estimate information.
• Support bid preparation, including quantity takeoffs and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and clarify scope.
• Participate in project meetings and site visits as required.

• Experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
