Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution from preconstruction through warranty

• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies

• Handle contract administration and change orders effectively

• Partner with Site Superintendents for project implementation

• Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Project Management with a commercial contractor

• Experience in commercial and multi-family builds

• Strong skills in budgeting, estimating, and scheduling

• Ability to interpret technical documentation

• Proficient in construction management software
