Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimates and review associated bid documents

• Conduct analyses of contract documents and project specs

• Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs for all projects

• Support tender generation and anticipate proposal needs

• Manage risk identification relating to each project

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or trade experience equivalent

• Minimum 4 years in construction estimating

• On-site construction experience for at least 1 year

• Familiarity with various bid delivery methods

• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships
