Project Coordinator in Construction

In this role, you will play a key part in managing project coordination and documentation. You’ll work directly with our self-performing construction team, overseeing projects from acquisition to final inspection. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project-related documentation

• Assist with administering construction contracts

• Facilitate communication among internal and external teams

• Oversee general project administration and filing

• Perform final inspections of completed construction

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in construction-related field

• 1-2 years in residential multi-family projects

• Knowledge of B.C. construction regulations

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork

• Understanding of estimating and tendering practices
