Position: Clearway Project Coordinator Role

In this role, you will support the Project Manager by managing project documentation and field work. The Project Coordinator is key to ensuring compliance with contract specifications while maintaining effective communication with subcontractors and clients. This position is perfect for motivated individuals with a background in civil construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in preparing construction plans and schedules

• Monitor site work adherence to design and specification

• Assist in managing shop drawing and material orders

• Document project changes and maintain detailed records

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe tools

• Valid driver’s license in Ontario

• Proficient written and verbal English communication

• Must have legal eligibility to work in Canada
