Active Homes is looking for a Project Coordinator who brings 1-2 years of relevant experience. This role focuses on overseeing subcontractor activities, evaluating daily operational efficiency, and preparing budget estimates for projects. You will also develop procedures aimed at quality control, ensuring that timelines and milestones are consistently met in accordance with project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly evaluate operations of construction projects
• Plan and organize daily subcontractor activities
• Prepare detailed budgets and cost estimates
• Develop comprehensive quality control procedures
• Monitor and track project timelines and milestones
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in construction coordination
• Knowledge of CADD and similar tools
• Capability to read and interpret construction blueprints
• Strong supervisory skills to manage subcontractors
• Valid residency or work permit required in Canada
