Join Beedie as a Project Coordinator, focusing on project management and construction. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in industrial or institutional construction. You will assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and tender packages while ensuring all project documentation is secure. Strong communication and analytical skills will enhance project delivery, allowing you to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the preparation of project budgets and schedules
• Assist in the issuance of tender packages
• Coordinate drawings for permit applications
• Monitor site progress and compliance with specifications
• Maintain tracking logs for RFIs and shop drawings
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-4 years in construction project coordination
• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Passion for construction and project management
• Ability to travel within the GTA
