Position: Experienced Construction Estimator Role
Join the forefront of construction as an Experienced Senior Estimator, specializing in quantity take-offs and project analyses. Your skills are critical for managing impactful bids and project execution.

In this role, you will lead and refine estimates for small to medium-sized construction projects, ensuring accurate bid document reviews and validation of contracts. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors, will be key to mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities, alongside mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimates and review all associated bid documents

• Analyze contract documents and validate project requirements

• Ensure accurate full quantity take-offs for bids

• Support proposal efforts through tender forms and inquiries

• Develop strong stakeholder relationships for collaborative success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in a related field

• 5-10 years in construction cost estimating

• Experience leading bids up to $25 million

• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office capabilities
