Reporting to the Superintendent, as a Track Foreman, you will be responsible for directing work and facilitating crew interactions. You will also ensure safety compliance, manage daily tasks, and communicate with project stakeholders to meet objectives effectively. Your strong leadership will motivate the team and drive project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and confirm project specifications and scope
• Develop safety action plans and pre-plan daily activities
• Monitor crew performance and safety practices
• Hold meetings focused on productivity and safety
• Maintain documentation related to project progress
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to perform strenuous physical work
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Railway background preferred, construction accepted
• Pass required fitness testing
