Position: Project Manager - Ansept Construction
Lead diverse construction projects with Ansept Construction across Western Canada. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project life cycles, ensuring budget management, client satisfaction, and schedule adherence.

Ansept Construction is looking for skilled Project Managers to manage assigned projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for scope management, financial oversight, and client communication, ensuring each project meets its objectives. Collaborate closely with Site Superintendents for effective execution and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from pre-construction to closeout

• Monitor and track project financials regularly

• Coordinate with Site Superintendents on project activities

• Serve as primary client contact for project updates

• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and progress

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience

• Strong knowledge of construction budgeting and scheduling

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
