This role calls for 1-2 years of experience in construction estimating. You'll be responsible for preparing labor and material estimates, generating quotes, and advising on tendering processes. Clear communication with engineers and architects will be vital to produce timely and accurate evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for labor and materials

• Read and analyze blueprints and specifications effectively

• Operate CADD software along with MS Office tools

• Produce estimate reports and quotations diligently

• Counsel on tendering processes and analyze bid proposals

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in construction estimation

• Expert in MS Project, Excel, and Word

• Knowledgeable in Autodesk REVIT software

• Experience with civil and industrial construction
