Location: Morden
Join Clark Builders as a Project Coordinator in Yellowknife, NT, and play a vital role in enhancing construction efficiency. This full-time position involves project documentation and coordination.
In this role, you will support the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from startup through to closeout. You will work closely with Project Managers to maintain documentation, assist in scheduling, and ensure projects are completed on time and safely.
Your role will be key in fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare subcontract agreements and handle bids
• Monitor action items from project meetings
• Track project budgets and schedules
• Support Quality Assurance/Quality Control programs
• Coordinate utility shutdowns during project close-out
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or similar
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with construction contracts
