Our client is looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager with significant experience in the General Contracting field, boasting over 5 years of expertise. You will navigate various project delivery methods, overseeing budgets, schedules, and administration. Applicants should possess a degree in construction management or a related field and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from pre-construction to final completion
• Manage project documentation, including contracts and schedules
• Conduct regular meetings and maintain clear communication
• Handle change orders and maintain accurate forecasts
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for successful project execution
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience
• Familiarity with various delivery methods
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and MS Project
• Strong ability to manage timelines and risks
• Willingness to oversee projects across multiple locations
