In this role, you will support the project team by building, reviewing, and validating virtual construction models based on plans. With a focus on logistics models and trade detailing, you will bring together multiple disciplines to ensure compliance and effective management of design deliverables. This role requires keen insight into construction sequences and technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and validate virtual models from detailed plans
• Collaborate on construction-site logistics models
• Supervise trade detailing and design coordination
• Facilitate model coordination among trade partners
• Promote virtual construction tools for team adoption
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related diploma in AEC discipline
• 2-4 years construction experience, 1-2 in VDC
• Proficient in 3D modeling software
• Understanding of construction sequences and processes
• Ability to create markups and assist with RFI documentation
