Senior Superintendent Construction

Lead construction projects as a Senior Construction Superintendent in Winnipeg with Summit Search Group. Oversee onsite operations, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to schedules throughout the process.

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in managing large-scale projects valued over $20 million. As the Senior Superintendent, you will direct job site activities, support a culture of safety, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Your leadership will be key in executing day-to-day operations while promoting the company's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and control onsite construction activities

• Maintain relationships with clients and trade partners

• Champion a safe work culture across the job site

• Manage project schedules and workforce needs

• Collaborate with site managers and stakeholders for project success

Requirements:

• Gold Seal, Journeyperson, or CET certification preferred

• 5+ years in leading multi-trade construction teams

• Experience with complex ICI projects and mid/high-rise builds

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work flexibly within Manitoba
