Experienced Project Manager in Construction

Lead multi-family construction projects as an experienced Project Manager. This role focuses on project execution, budget management, and coordination with various stakeholders.

We seek a results-driven Project Manager with a background in multi-family residential projects. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, client relationships, and quality standards through strategic planning and execution. Your leadership will drive successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple residential construction projects from start to finish

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts effectively

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and local authorities

• Lead project meetings and update ownership regularly

• Review contracts, change orders, and project specifications

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in construction management or related field

• Over 5 years of project management experience

• Proven experience in $10M+ project management

• Strong understanding of construction methods and budgeting

• Familiarity with project management software like Procore
