The role demands solid project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling, alongside a robust ability to mentor team members. You will be the key liaison with Owners and architects, ensuring project goals align with company interests.

Key Responsibilities   Oversee construction management from pre-construction to project completion
Prepare timely billings and ensure subcontractor payments
Communicate effectively with clients and design professionals
Monitor project costs and maintain positive cash flow
Lead project meetings to support team developments
Requirements   8+ years in project management within construction sectors
Strong knowledge of construction practices and software
Proven mentoring and delegation skills
Must be eligible for Secret Level Security Clearance
