This role involves delivering effective project management services, conducting site inspections, and facilitating owner requirements. As a vital contributor to the Red River Métis community, you'll collaborate on substantial projects while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from pre-development to close-out

• Document and facilitate owner project requirements

• Conduct site inspections as Owner’s Project Manager

• Manage project Contract Administration and billing accuracy

• Summarize estimates, bids, and budgets for projects

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education in Project Management or related field

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and ability to travel
