Position: Job Site Operations Superintendent Leadership
Oversee day-to-day job site activities as a Site Operations Superintendent ure compliance, supervise teams, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety standards effectively.

As a Superintendent at JCB, you will report to the Vice President of Field Operations, ensuring all operations align with project plans. This role entails extensive supervision of work teams, including subcontractors and JCB employees while collaborating with the Project Manager. You will also manage labor hours and develop project schedules to adhere to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper planning of work on job sites

• Supervise work teams and resolve technical issues

• Plan requirements for materials, equipment, and labor

• Update project schedules regularly

• Monitor labor hours and submit reports to payroll

Requirements:

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in construction

• Minimum of ten years' experience as Superintendent

• Experience with projects over $10M

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Broad experience in construction and renovations
