Join Valard Construction as an Asset Coordinator in Headingley, Manitoba. This role focuses on asset coordination for major projects, with a solid emphasis on compliance and fleet management. The Major Projects group at Valard Construction seeks an Asset Coordinator to ensure accurate data integrity and compliance across equipment management. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will act as the key liaison between the fleet team and project stakeholders, facilitating seamless operations and timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain asset records for all project equipment
- Schedule and follow up on required inspections
- Serve as the point of contact for equipment requests
- Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation for assets
- Track and compile costs related to fleet operations
- At least 3 years in asset or equipment coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software
- Solid communication skills for diverse project environments
- Knowledge of construction equipment and compliance
- Familiarity with ERP and SharePoint systems
