Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will act as the key liaison between the fleet team and project stakeholders, facilitating seamless operations and timely resolutions.

• Coordinate and maintain asset records for all project equipment
• Schedule and follow up on required inspections
• Serve as the point of contact for equipment requests
• Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation for assets
• Track and compile costs related to fleet operations

• At least 3 years in asset or equipment coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software
• Solid communication skills for diverse project environments
• Knowledge of construction equipment and compliance
• Familiarity with ERP and SharePoint systems
