In this position, you will leverage over three years of construction estimating experience to prepare and review cost estimates and proposals accurately. Your ability to read architectural plans and understand contractual obligations will be pivotal in managing bid pricing from vendors while collaborating with internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and proposals

• Understand scope of work and contractual terms

• Create detailed take offs from architectural drawings

• Manage vendor pricing and relationships

• Work closely with internal operations for project success

Requirements:

• 3+ years in construction estimating

• Proficiency in reading architectural plans

• Familiarity with MERX, WCA updates, and tender postings

• Advanced skills in Quick Bid, Excel, and Word

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
