Finish Grade Dozer Operator at Aecon

ACSI is looking for a Finish Grade Dozer Operator to ensure precise grading and site preparation. You'll be part of a civil construction team dedicated to maintaining safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in operating dozers and a firm grasp of grade control and elevations.

Your role will include reading and interpreting plans, collaborating with other skilled trades, and performing essential daily equipment checks. Safety will be paramount as you work on various civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers to achieve desired grading specifications

• Interpret plans and communicate effectively on-site

• Collaborate with surveyors and foremen for accuracy

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance

• Ensure safe working practices and communicate as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of dozer operation experience

• Understanding of grading, slopes, and elevations

• Expedience on civil projects is an asset

• Safety certifications valued but not mandatory

• Capacity to carry 25 kg and work in various conditions
