Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated pricing lists for suppliers

• Prepare product lists from architectural drawings

• Calculate quantities and formalize total cost quotations

• Request and compare vendor quotations for lowest pricing

• Use Excel and computer programs for project quotes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of related estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of hardware, doors, and construction

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings

• Proficient with MS Office and AutoCAD

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
