In this position reporting to the Commercial Estimating Manager, you will ensure the accuracy of estimates and manage the pricing for construction projects. Your keen attention to detail will help you maintain construction documents for accurate billing and compliance. Engage in proactive communication with architects and general contractors to facilitate smoother project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage price change orders for current projects

• Conduct detailed take-offs from architectural drawings

• Prepare and submit bids and proposals to contractors

• Compile necessary information for project timelines

• Attend site meetings to support project development

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in commercial drywall estimating

• Expertise in commercial and residential construction

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating tools

• Valid driver’s license and transport

• High School Diploma or equivalent
