We are seeking a knowledgeable professional with significant experience in the field of construction safety. In this full-time role, you will carry out site audits, implement safety measures, and guide safety conversations, all while ensuring adherence to Manitoba safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular site inspections and safety audits
• Investigate workplace incidents and propose solutions
• Maintain thorough records of training and incidents
• Support emergency response planning and drills
• Train and mentor workers on safety protocols
Requirements:
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (NCSO, CRSP required)
• 2-3 years of construction safety experience
• Proficient in safety management software
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
