In this position, you will utilize your 5-8 years of estimating experience to provide both conceptual and precise estimates. Familiarity with construction plans is essential, as well as the ability to implement quantity take-offs independently. Your collaboration with engineers and architects will ensure accurate pricing and analysis across multiple construction methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure project dimensions from construction plans

• Prepare detailed construction estimates and schedules

• Analyze pricing across various construction types

• Conduct site inspections as required

• Collaborate with project teams effectively

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of estimating experience required

• In-depth knowledge of construction trades

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
