This role focuses on providing support to experienced project managers on various projects including commercial buildings, social organizations, and Indigenous communities. Candidates should leverage their background in engineering, construction management, or architecture to contribute to impactful projects across Ontario. Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders is key to thriving in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a communication link between project teams and clients

• Manage schedule updates and maintain project controls

• Develop progress reports and prepare contract documents

• Document action items during project meetings

• Provide relief support to other Project Managers as needed

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years in construction or engineering project support

• Understanding of current construction practices

• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel

• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
