Position: Project Coordinator Role in Construction
Ansept Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to enhance project delivery across residential, commercial, and multifamily builds. This contract position requires adept skills in scheduling and documentation management.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative coordination of several large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Your strong communication skills will be critical as you interact with various stakeholders, from clients to inspectors. You will also take the lead in managing documentation and resolving issues that impact project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks across multiple assignments

• Manage documentation and workflow for RFIs and change orders

• Control project financial performance and reports

• Liaise with stakeholders for compliance and inspections

• Conduct site assessments for quality and safety

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant project experience

• Proven ability to manage RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking

• Relevant education in Construction Engineering or a related field

• Strong ability to read technical documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PM tools
