Commercial Construction Site Supervisor

This full-time position requires an experienced Site Superintendent with 5+ years in the field. You'll be the onsite leader, responsible for coordinating subcontractors and enforcing safety protocols. Hands-on carpentry skills are essential, as you will sometimes need to jump in and assist with tasks. Effective communication with clients and problem resolution will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage construction projects from mobilization to closeout

• Schedule subcontractors and oversee inspections

• Monitor budgets and timelines on active job sites

• Maintain organized and safe job site conditions

• Provide regular client updates and solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in site supervision

• Strong carpentry and construction skills required

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

• Comfortable using technology like iPads and Job Tread

• Valid driver's license and basic hand tools necessary
