Roofing Technical Representative

Centi Mark Ltd. seeks a Roofing Technical Representative in Winnipeg to inspect commercial roofs and engage with customers. You’ll measure roofing materials and provide solutions each day.

This role involves traveling to various customer locations and inspecting roofs. You will communicate directly with clients, checking roofs for problem areas and assisting the sales team in creating accurate proposals. Occasional overnight travel during the week is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to inspect commercial roofing systems

• Communicate directly with customers about roof conditions

• Measure roofs and estimate required materials and labor

• Collaborate with sales to provide proposal information

• Assist with marketing for new accounts

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and estimating software

• Experience in roofing or construction sales preferred

• Valid driver’s license in good standing

• Ability to climb ladders up to 25 feet

• College degree in Construction Management preferred
