KPIC Maintenance Services Inc., a part of the FWS Group, is looking for a Safety Specialist to support our maintenance services division. This role requires expertise in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs, where you will implement corporate policies aimed at enhancing workplace safety. If you're passionate about safety and sustainability, this position is integral to maintaining compliance across various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement health, safety, and environmental programs across business units

• Conduct safety orientations for employees and subcontractors

• Prepare monthly safety statistics and inspection records

• Investigate safety incidents and prepare reports

• Organize site-specific safety initiatives and training

Requirements:

• 3-5 years safety experience in construction environments

• Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
