About the Opportunity

Staffmax is recruiting on behalf of a growing Winnipeg-based company in the HVAC and Building Controls industry. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from estimating through completion while working directly with ownership in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage HVAC and building controls projects from estimate to completion

Prepare project estimates and proposals

Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field teams

Monitor budgets, timelines, and project profitability

Build strong relationships with clients and contractors

Resolve project issues and ensure successful project delivery

Support business growth through exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Experience in Project Management or Estimating within HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Controls

Strong understanding of commercial construction projects

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid driver’s lisence

Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Controls is considered an asset.
