Senior Construction Superintendent Position

Location: Arborg

Oversee construction activities for large-scale projects while ensuring safety and quality. This senior role demands strong leadership and project management expertise.

As a Senior Construction Superintendent, you will engage with the Construction Manager and the Project Team to coordinate the efforts of internal staff, consultants, and contractors. Your leadership will help ensure compliance with all aspects of construction operations valued over CAD $100 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of construction projects effectively

• Collaborate on project execution strategies and safety priorities

• Create resource-loaded schedules and critical path analysis

• Ensure safety compliance through regular audits

• Foster high morale and collaboration among field staff

Requirements:

• 10+ years of field supervision in large projects

• Effective at leading diverse construction teams

• Familiarity with mining, civil, or industrial work

• Experience in remote environments highly advantageous

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
