StreetSide Project Coordinator Role

Join Street Side as a Project Coordinator and make an impact on multifamily project success. Utilize your detail-oriented skills in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and be instrumental in providing technical and administrative support for various projects. You'll coordinate procurement, scheduling, and documentation to help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate applications and construction documentation

• Review accuracy of construction drawings and specifications

• Oversee RFIs, RFQs, and project documentation

• Assist in tender package preparation and bid evaluation

• Monitor project activities and report on progress

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum three years of coordination or construction experience

• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite

• Valid driver’s license required
