Reporting to the Regional Safety Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing compliance with the Safety and Health Program. This role is vital for conducting audits, managing safety records, and delivering training to ensure everyone is informed on safety protocols. Your input will help mitigate workplace hazards and uphold safety regulations across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the Safety and Health Program implementation

• Perform regular safety inspections and audits

• Monitor adherence to safety regulations and procedures

• Conduct training sessions and safety meetings

• Investigate incidents to recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Experience as a safety supervisor in construction environments

• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation
