Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Alair Homes specializes in custom homes and renovations and is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic team in the Winnipeg office. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project management, including planning, construction, and warranty phases, ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of projects.

• Develop and lead the design team, including designers, drafters, and architects.
• Act as the primary communication liaison between clients and all project stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate weekly client meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Produce detailed scopes of work for vendor and trade pricing.
• Maintain consistent communication with all parties involved to drive adherence to the project schedule.
• Conduct weekly meetings with clients to provide updates and discuss any issues.
• Collaborate with local authorities to ensure all inspections and code requirements are met.
• Facilitate necessary warranty walk‑throughs and inspections for completed projects.
• Document and address all warranty inquiries and issues raised by clients.
• Ensure effective communication and accountability among trades regarding warranty matters.
• Participate in L10 meetings weekly (90 minutes) and quarterly (full day) to keep rocks/objectives up to date and actioned.
• Contribute to company strategic and growth planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Preference for construction tradesperson with leadership or project management experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
